wake up. pack for the day/eat. work 8:30-5. walk/homework. class 6-9. drive home. dexter. bed.
This has been my routine for the past four weeks and will continue for the next twelve. I am barely getting enough of my required beauty sleep and can barely finish all readings/assignments for class. And yet, instead of sleeping in this Sunday before diving into more homework, an oil change and season premier of dexter, I decide to make plans. For five in the morning.
That’s no typo. I have class until ten o’clock Friday night and then all day Saturday, so Sunday is my only chance to have a life. Adirondack Balloon Festival here I come! I went when I was a young gal with an old friend of mine, and for what I can remember, it was great! You get there when it’s dark (hot-chocolate in hand) and watch the balloons fill up with fire as the sun rises. I can’t wait. Joe is going to kill me. And frankly, I don’t think he’s going to join me because he will be at work until midnight on Saturday, we shall see. Pictures will surely follow.
My car is FILLED with bottles, still haven’t made the trip to the grocery store to return ’em. Work is slowing down and my partner up front has transferred to a new department so… the cheese now stands alone. And now for a little product review…
I’ve finally found an all natural deodorant- that I love! It’s the Crystal stick- got it at Four Seasons in Saratoga. You put it on right when you get out of the shower and BAM! You’re good for the day (even when exercising). And the best part, it was only $2.32 and will last me over a year! I recommend it to all.
This is the best that I’ve got on a Friday afternoon, folks. Enjoy the warm weather. Be safe. Stay healthy. And enjoy your freedom as I sit in class and becoming smarter by the hour.
