The most important thing about this Thursday… it’s Veterans’ Day! Here is a shout out to all of those who have served, who are currently serving our country and are training to start. Although we may all have different political views, it doesn’t change that fact that these people are doing something that I hope to never be forced to do. It’s a tough life, both for the families at home and the ones serving.
The most important veterans in my life: my dad and my grandfather. The most important veteran in Joe’s life: his father and Trooper Troseph Longobardo. Although I have never met Joe’s father, I am appreciative for him and the time he has served in the war- even as a POW (I have his t-shirt that I wear to bed some evenings after all these years).
